I received your voicemail regarding your services for my wedding on August 5th, 2006. I must say it was a huge success!! The limo arrived at the hotel on time and the driver called me to inform me of his arrival. We had multiple trips to and from the hotel and chapel and he did a wonderful job at keeping us on schedule. The driver was very courteous and professional. I would certainly utilize Southern Elegance's services in the future. I have also recommended SEL to a friend that is getting married later this year.

The driver was very nice and courteous, not to mention prompt. The car itself was clean and efficient and had many cool features. On a scale of 1 to 10, this trip rated 9.5. I just wanted to take a minute and thank your company for such a wonderful surprise with the complimentary upgrade to a limo from the town car I had ordered. My family was so excited and thrilled to be riding in one of your limos again - my 9 year old was actually speechless (for all of 1 minute!). We even had the same driver as in Dec. 2005 - how cool!

Thank you so very much for your follow-up phone call today regarding my family's trip to Orlando on June 22 to July 1.
The service we received for our airport pick up and drop off was impeccable. Our first driver, Jim, was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the ride and the grocery stop.
Leonard, our second driver, was very polite and so sweet. He apologized for the delay, due to the flat tire and shuttle launch traffic, but he assured us that he would get us to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight, which he did.
I will have to say - riding in a white stretch limo was one of the highlights of our daughter's trip! (we didn't mind it, either. :) )
But, the fact that Adam personally called today ( I'm sorry I missed the call) to apologize about the delay on July 1, really shows how much you value your customers. I appreciate that type of service and respect for your clients, and we will definitely use Southern Elegance Limousines the next time we travel in Florida and will tell our family and all of our friends to do the same.

A brief note to thank-you for the wonderful care and service that Southern Elegance provided to our family on our recent trip to WDW; it was fantastic. The car was modern and well cared for. The Disney movies were already playing on the flat screens as we stepped into the car and this was a perfect distraction for our young daughter after the flight to Florida. Our driver Jim was professional, punctual and attentive. Jim made moving to and fro from the airport a breeze.

Southern Elegance has been our provider of choice for the last few years. We have a vacation home in the Orlando area and usually need a ride from the airport. S.E.Limo has always been there. They are respectful and courteous as well as professional yet reasonable. We had tried others in the area, but when we rode with Southern Elegance we knew we had found the best!

The treat of the Excursion greeting them at the airport yesterday set our Christmas adventure off on just the right foot. Wonderful Experience with Southern Elegance Towncar/Limo
We just returned from a Royal Caribbean Cruise departing from Port Canaveral. As this was our first cruise on a line other than DCL, we also opted to try another Limo service.
Our last Disney Cruise was over Christmas 2003! While we had a great cruise, we were very disappointed with the towncar / limo service that we used.........(over an hour late on two occasions, dirty/messy vehicles, poor communication requiring multiple phone calls) so went looking for a new company.
After some research and personal phone calls, we could not have been happier with the service we received from Southern Elegance. My husband raved about the responsiveness and Customer Service he received from Evie when booking our reservations and even updating our pick-up times after we boarded. He always received return confirmation calls so we never had a worry. In fact, when we docked and Chuck turned his cell phone back on, there was a message from Evie re-confirming the new 0900 pick up time, again.
We had a different driver on each of the three legs of our trip (MCO to WDW, WDW to Port, Port to MCO) and each one was prompt (always waiting for us), engaging and the cars/limo were each immaculate and looked brand new. Fernando, Leonard and Jim each had different personalities but all were so polite and really seemed to enjoy the opportunity to work with new and different customers. And, they all seemed very happy to be working for Southern Elegance. I cannot tell you how enjoyable they each made our transfers from each location.
In 5 cruises, this was the very best experience that we have had and we won't be looking elsewhere.

Our kids were stuck in immigration in Miami and missed their connecting flight to Orlando on April 6th which messed up our plans to collect them from the airport.
Your staff could not have been more helpful, they postponed the collection time, and Scott and the car exceeded our expectations. (We could not decide who looked "sharper" - Scott or the Limo.)

We have just returned for our Florida vacation and our children can't stop talking about the "limbo," and our driver George. Our plans included two separate arrivals with transfer to WDW, pick-up from WDW to Port Canaveral, and finally from the port to the airport. Despite flight delays, our limo and George were waiting for us at each step of the way. Of course having the limo there is important but the driver makes or breaks the service. George is the "Franchise," for S.E. We have used another service in the past but will make all of our future reservations with S.E. We have already booked our next cruise for this summer and the children are more excited about seeing George again than going on the cruise! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

We just returned from the November 13, 7 day Eastern cruise and wanted to report on our experience with Southern Elegance Limousines.
We (DW and I) did a transfer from WDW to PC then from PC to MCO. Leonard was our driver and I'm happy to report that we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we received.
Leonard was waiting for us at both pickup locations at the time we requested. I consider timeliness when using a limo service to be to most critical factor. I give Leonard an A+ grade for being on time.
We found him to be very cordial and professional. At the first pickup he introduced himself then promptly stowed all five pieces of our luggage and we were quickly on our way. Once underway he informed us of the time en-route. At PC he took an imprint of our credit card, unloaded luggage and confirmed our pickup time for the following Saturday. We experienced the same quality service when he picked us up at PC for our transfer to MCO. Arriving at MCO he obtained a luggage cart to facilitate the process of delivering our bags to TSA for scanning. I give Leonard an A+ for being cordial and professional.
We requested a Towncar and the car used was in excellent condition. It was clean inside and out. As a bonus they use an extended wheelbase car giving me an extra 8 to 10" of legroom in the back seat. This was not a stretch limo but a slightly longer version of the Towncar. It would be tough to notice this from the outside but from the inside it was immediately obvious. I give Southern Elegance an A+ for the quality of their vehicle.
Knowing I can depend on this company and their driver to manage our transfers in this manner leaves me with one less detail to worry about. Thank you Leonard and Southern Elegance for the great service. I look forward to working with you both again in May 2005, when we sail on the 14 day westbound repositioning cruise.

I want to start by saying that I was very pleased with Southern Elegance in Florida. We encountered problems because of the hurricanes but Southern Elegance came through for us because they were very understanding and concerned about our travel arrangements. When the decision was made to cancel the 2nd portion of our reservation Southern Elegance gave us no problems at all and refunded our money right away. I thank them very much for their help and understanding. Once I find a company I can trust I stick with them and that is why I am writing to you now. We are starting to plan our next year's vacation and I was wondering what parts of the United States do you have services available? We don't know what direction we will be going in but when we do decide, I want to know ahead of time if your service is available in that area. Thank you for your help.

With all the turmoil that accompanied our recent 8/28 cruise, I would like to post a positive review for the towncar/limo service we had booked. We prepaid for the following: towncar from MCO to Royal Pacific at Universal; limo from RPR to Port towncar from port to airport. The total was $275. The towncar was spotless and the driver, George, was truly amazing. He wouldn't even let us touch our luggage and insisted on taking my daughter's carryon so she wouldn't have to worry with it. Stopped at the grocery store so we could buy water and film. Was a wonderful driver.
Now, here's where the efficiency part comes in: Our flight from Philadelphia to Orlando was delayed 3-1/2 hours. I only called them once from the airport to let them know that our 12:25 pick-up time would change. They told me not to worry about a thing, they would keep an eye on the flight and arrival time. When we arrived at 4:00 p.m., there was George at the bottom of the escalator with a sign with our name! What a great sight! The limo on Saturday was a white stretch limo. We felt so
special. Had never been in a limo before. The driver, Steve, was extremely helpful and courteous. It was so much fun seeing Steve in the front of RPR with a sign with our name in front of a limo! The limo had a tv and dvd player, water and sodas for us and a stereo system. I almost wish the ride
had been longer.
However, due to the cruise changes, we never arrived back at Port Canaveral so couldn't use their service. I emailed them from home the next Tuesday and they responded that an immediate
credit would be sent to our credit card for the unused portion.
We have already decided to use them next year when we return from L.A. to take us to the airport.
As a result, five people so far have contacted me for your phone number and
email address. So hopefully you'll get some more business from us Disney
Cruisers.

People were staring at us and thought that we were important. Both drivers we had were great and fun and were very informative. I was very impressed by Southern Elegance. I chose this company based on the website and previous bad experiences with Tiffany Towncars. Both ways, our drivers were outstanding. We took a grocery stop on the way to the resort and the driver was very accommodating. While we were waiting to be picked up at the end of the week, the driver called my cell phone to let us know he was stuck in traffic and would be there in 2-3 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. He was there in approximately 2 minutes, and we were very impressed that he took the time to call about a 2 minute delay.
I would highly recommend this company.

My flight kept getting delayed to Orlando because of a brief, but torrential downpour in Chicago. But after a couple of calls to your office to reset the arrival time for my flight with your terrific phone staff, there was wonderful GEORGE, waiting with name sign in hand and big smile on his cute face at baggage claim. With his dark good looks he reminds me slightly of Benjamin Bratt, the actor Julia Roberts foolishly passed on. But I digress, anyway, George wouldn't let me lift a finger. We talked the whole way to my hotel like we'd known each other forever instead of just meeting. When he picked me up at the end of my Disney World vacation, it was in a Stretch Limo instead of the Town Car I was picked up in at the Airport for the start of my vacation. George waved and smiled at me as he was approaching in the hotel lobby. He asked if it was alright that he picked me up in the Limo instead, he said he needed it for another party. I said it was fine as long as I wasn't paying extra, he said I wouldn't. Now I have to tell you, the Town Car was nice, but Limo is THE WAY to go. You've got a real treasure in George and your office staff is pretty great too!!! Must be that "Southern Elegance". They're all very nice to talk to as evidenced by the fact that George said I could help myself to watching the DVD player etc. or talk to him again, and I opted for talking with him. Birnbaums 2004 Walt Disney World Guide recommended two Limo Agencies, yours wasn't either of them. Luckily, I found you through Limos.com, which I had used previously for a trip to Connecticut.

We can't say enough good things about your company. We reserved a Limousine from Orlando International Airport to Royal Pacific Resort at Universal, grocery stop, free soft drinks, & Disney characters to ride with our children & Disney movie. The limo was very clean & spacious lots of neon lights & beautiful glasses in bar. Our driver was George. He waited at the carousel with us for luggage & would barely let us carry anything- very friendly and professional great service on the way back as well.

We just returned from a Disney Cruise vacation last night (5-8-04) and we used your company from Port Orleans Riverside to Port Canaveral and back to the Orlando Airport. I booked round-trip service in a stretch limo from the Orlando Airport to a Disney hotel. The service provided by Southern Elegance was first class. They were the most reasonably priced of all the companies I looked at and they were professional and easy to work with. Our driver was courteous and friendly and the limousine was immaculate inside and out. They added a special Disney World touch by having a 4-foot stuffed Mickey and a Disney movie waiting for us in the limo. They also made a quick stop along the way so we could stock up on some grocery items. ur family reserved a Southern Elegance Limo to pick us up at Orlando Int'l Airport. What a wonderful way to begin our vacation in Disney World! Our children were thrilled to see the super stretch limo, just for us, not to mention a giant 4 foot Minnie Mouse inside and the movie. Our driver was George. He was fantastic, right on time, greeted us promptly when we arrived and for pickup. He helped with the luggage and was very pleasant and friendly. He was always making sure we were comfortable. It was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the giant crowded buses normally used to take people to their Disney Resort. We surely had the royal treatment. I used Southern Elegance for a transfer from Orlando Int'l to the Royal Caribbean cruise pier. Their service was excellent - from their Customer Service (Susan) to their driver (George). The looks on my granddaughters faces when he pulled around the corner in that beautiful white car. Too Priceless!! 2 thumbs up for Southern Elegance, it was the perfect beginning and end to our vacation. George and Adam are the best!!! We arrived in Orlando and our luggage didn't, but George (our driver) was there. He very kindly helped with our lost baggage claim and then whisked us away to our hotel. The following Sunday our cruise ship was 4 hours late docking and when we finally disembarked George was still waiting for us. Our car was beautiful, immaculate and the service unprecedented.
